okay im finally back to blog, at this time- 3.34am in the morning er-hum.
1) the long-awaited holidays are finally here!
but actually i wasnt really looking forward to it, cos i guess i have to spend most of it mugging for my JCT which i think i will do rather terribly. there are just too many things to catch up :S but still, holidays are still good, at least i can have some rest, i hope.
2) Sports carnival
Sports carnival felt more like a CO carnival to me LOL. i don remember myself playing any sports other than captains ball with the CO pple and the really cute sumo wrestling HAHA i'll upload the photo sometime. gosh, i look really fat in that sumo thing i bet you will laugh.
the most memorable thing was the INDIAN POKER that made me drink like 3 to 4 bottles of water before i slept and i cant even remember how many times i went to to toilet -.-
sports stacking was fun! at least i learnt something new and i found it quite interesting haha.
3) Glamor Starlight event! yay!
in case some of you dont know wads this, its basically a singing competition that my church zone people organised for the youths, and i went to take part together with miaoru. we were intending to join the duet only. yeahh we practised REAL hard okay and im serious haha. we even practised overnight during the sports carnival cos the song we were singing isnt that easy afterall so yep spent quite alot of time trying to figure out the different parts. and its a new song for both of us. its quite amazing how we managed to learn a new song within 3 days or so haha.
the event was supposed to be sunday and on saturday night, both of us decided to join the solo category as well. i only started practising for the solo like at 1 am the day before and i was so horribly stressed i wanted so much to back out :X
in the end we still went for it and yay i guess our hard work paid off. Both miaoru and i got into the finals for the solo category and our duet got into the finals as well. In the end, miaoru got 2nd for solo and our duet won 1st! :D yay i was so so so happy.
but still, i guess the best thing i got out of this competition wasnt the prize that we got, but really, its all the fun and laughter we got from practising the songs so so so many times, replaying the song again and again. at the end of the overnight practising we were so tired we just ended up creating lyrics of our own for the song i guess becos our brains were too worn out to remember every single word HAHA.

thanks for the effort youve put in, and it was really nice singing with you. din expect i'll have such a chance to sing with you after the sec2 talentime, but it was still as fun as ever haha. and now when i hear "pei ni deng tian liang" i'll just smile to myself HAHA. but yay its over, you did well, and we both did well so HOORAY! :D
4) lastly, EMERGE2007!
oh my im like so excited lar! im thinking about emerge everyday and i seriously cant wait for thursday to come! but the sad thing is emerge clashes with CO camp so i guess i'll have to split myself between the camp and emerge and i'll end up really tired. i think by sunday my eye bags will be like 974528921562 cm thick. okay thats too over liao HAHA. but anyway i think you know wad i mean.
no matter what, i cant wait for emerge and all the fun! whee.
next up, cross my fingers and hope the election thing will go on fine :S
